Terms & Conditions

These terms govern any move booked through Removals from Belfast.

Quotes

Quotes are fixed and based on the description and photos provided. If items on collection day materially exceed what was described, we may revise the quote before loading; you can decline at no cost.

Payment

Payment is due on collection day by card or bank transfer. For moves over £1,000 booked more than 4 weeks ahead we may request a 20% deposit to confirm.

Cancellations and reschedules

Free re-schedule up to 7 days before collection. Inside 7 days, £49 reschedule fee. Cancellation any time before collection day at no charge unless materials have been delivered to your address.

Liability and insurance

Goods-in-transit insurance up to £25,000 per consignment is included. Higher limits available. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. See our insurance page.

Items we won't carry

Cash, jewellery above £500, original artwork above £10,000, perishable food, hazardous materials, live animals, plants requiring climate control, pianos, motorbikes (unless agreed), or anything illegal under UK or Irish law.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland.
