Can my mum book this on my behalf?
Yes — that's most of our bookings. We email both of you and the parent normally pays.
What's the latest I can book before end-of-term?
2 weeks before is comfortable. 1 week before is tight but usually possible. Last-minute (3 days) attracts a £49 rush fee.
Do I have to be there for collection?
At halls — yes (or a flatmate with permission). At home — no, anyone in the house can let us in.
Can I add more items after I've booked?
Yes, up to 48 hours before collection. We re-quote the difference.
What if my new accommodation address is not known yet?
No problem — book the collection now, give us the delivery address up to 7 days before delivery.
Is there a discount for groups (e.g. 4 flatmates sending stuff together)?
Yes — book together, save 15%. Each tenant gets their own inventory.
